**Job Title: Admission Counselor**

Reporting to: Center Manager/Center Head

**Purpose of Job**:
To create and deliver an enriching educational experience for preschool children, ensuring their cognitive, social, and emotional development in a nurturing environment.

To provide counseling support and guidance to students and parents to address developmental, behavioral, or emotional needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Admission Counselor**
- Initiate daily outbound calls to inquiries/leads.
- Verify child’s age and eligibility for admission.
- Understand parent's requirements (Preschool/Daycare/Transport/Timings).
- Explain curriculum, teaching methods, and facilities.
- Provide fee structure and admission process clearly.
- Follow up with interested parents regularly.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Qualifications:

- Degree-level Qualification.

**Experience**:0-2 years

**Counselor**:Strong communication skills and experience in admissions counseling is a plus.
