Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our printing service company. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their printing needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives on a consistent basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the printing or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of printing technologies, products, and services.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
