**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company products/services.
- Explain offerings clearly and effectively to prospective customers.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Follow up with existing clients to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated to meet targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, or call management systems.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred**
- Experience in IT services/marketing domain.
- Knowledge of regional languages in addition to English.
