**Position Description**:

- Understanding of various and critical provisions of Companies Act, 2013
- Draft and circulate meeting agenda, notice, minutes, resolutions for all meetings of Board, committees and Shareholders
- Ensure that secretarial audit is conducted as per prescribed timelines.
- Ensure compliance of the Organization with all applicable laws
- Relationship building with stake holders.
- Undertake and drive process and system improvements.
- Updation of statutory Registers
- Also having basic knowledge of accounts, GST, TDS if possible.

**Other Expectations**:

- 1.5+ years experience for Qualified CS _else 4+_ years experience & proficiency of the secretarial responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines.
- Completed Executive level in Company Secretary
- Good written and verbal communications skills, coupled with interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
- Good knowledge of Companies Act 2013 & other compliances.
