- Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance engineering best practices.
- Ability to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and commit to the teams’ schedules and goals.
- Must have effective business and communication skills to share testing knowledge and test strategy in a collaborative atmosphere to lead and influence positive quality results among other tests teams.
- Must have proven experience as IT Quality Assurance for small to large projects.
- Experience in Test Management Tools like - JIRA, ALM & Azure.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment and individual project contributor.
- Must have experience in developing test strategies and managing all aspects of software testing and defect management (manage defect calls).
- Ability to document effectively and communicate complex technical topics.
- Having a Salesforce Admin certification would be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in API Testing, Automation, Selenium Automation with Java/C# would be an added advantage.
- Any DevOps experience would be added advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on Testing experience in Salesforce projects.
- Good knowledge on salesforce custom objects, layouts, profiles, Users etc.
- Experience in below one or two - Salesforce Functional modules testing.
- Salesforce - Sales Cloud Testing.
- Salesforce - Service Cloud Testing.
- Salesforce - Experience cloud testing.
- Salesforce - CPQ
