We are expanding our operation team and are looking for a Quality Control Manager to lead the Quality Assurance Team.

Quality Control Executive/ Manager

**Job Location**: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

**Experience**: 2-3 years (preferred mainly from the dairy and ice-cream industry

Perform quality control checks during various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and food safety regulations.

Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished ice cream products to verify quality and adherence to specifications.

Monitor and analyze data from quality tests, production records, and customer feedback to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop and refine quality control procedures, standards, and specifications for new and existing products.

Assist in the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

Support the implementation and maintenance of food safety programs, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other relevant certifications.

Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and execute validation protocols, process optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

Train and educate employees on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices to ensure a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.

Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to quality assurance and food safety in the ice cream industry.

**Salary**: ₹216,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
