**Responsibilities**:

- **Recipe Development**: Research, develop, and test new baking recipes that align with our brand's vision and target audience.
- **Implementation**: Assist in the implementation of new recipes into our production process, ensuring consistency and quality.
- **Staff Training**: Train and mentor kitchen staff on new baking techniques, recipes, and standards.
- **Product Development**: Collaborate with the product development team to create new baking-based products.
- **Ingredient Sourcing**: Research and source high-quality ingredients that meet our standards for taste, sustainability, and affordability.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of baked goods produced and implement measures to ensure consistency and excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for baking
- Creativity and innovation in recipe development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours
