**Job Title: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - Hindi**

**Location: Deep Academic Heights, Atrauliya, Azamgarh (UP)**

**Reporting to: Principal**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE Board).
- Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments to meet academic objectives.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate student records.
- Foster a positive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Encourage student participation in Hindi language activities such as debates, drama, essay writing, etc.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and behaviour.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school functions as required.
- Maintain discipline and uphold the school’s code of conduct and academic standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi (Honours or equivalent).
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) - Mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary level preferred.
- Strong command of written and spoken Hindi; working knowledge of English.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to integrate technology in teaching (e.g., smart boards, online resources).
- Creative teaching methods and adaptability to diverse learning needs.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
