**Qualifications**:Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasinga range of work.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for various digital and print media, including Websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to create engaging and effective design solutions.
- Concept Development: Generate creative concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives and client needs.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company designs are modern and competitive.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with design software and tools, including knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
