Key Responsibilities:

- **Documentation**:Prepare and manage all export-related documentation, such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- **Logistics Coordination**:Coordinate the transportation, customs clearance, and delivery of goods to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- **Market Analysis**:Monitor international market trends and conditions to identify potential export opportunities and advise management on strategies.
- **Negotiation**:Negotiate export contracts, prices, and terms with customers and suppliers.
- **Problem Solving**:Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the export process.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and analyze export reports, providing regular updates to management on export activities and performance.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth export operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with international clients and partners.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and pricing for export transactions.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the export process.
- **Knowledge of Export Regulations**: Understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the specific industry and products being exported.
- **Experience**: Experience in international trade, export documentation, and logistics.
