- Performing light housekeeping tasks like laundry and dishes.
- **Companionship**:

- Engaging in conversation and social activities.
- Accompanying to appointments, outings, or community events.
- **Communication and Documentation**:

- Maintaining detailed records of daily activities and observations.
- Communicating effectively with the individual, family members, and healthcare professionals.
