Job Title: Oracle EBS Developer - HRMS & Financials (Custom REST API Development & Integration) Location: Remote

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy custom REST APIs on Oracle EBS (HRMS & Financials modules) to expose existing data models for integrations and external consumption.
- Configure Oracle Integration components to expose and secure custom APIs within the Oracle ecosystem
- Perform traceability and data flow analysis across the EBS system to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both standard and custom APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and customers to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful API delivery.
- Identify integration and API risks, proactively manage mitigation plans, and provide regular communication to stakeholders.
- Document technical solutions, API specifications, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for ongoing support and maintenance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure quality and performance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Developer with a focus on HRMS and Financials modules.
- Proven expertise in developing custom REST APIs to interact with Oracle EBS data models.
- Strong experience in configuring Oracle EBS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Oracle SOA Suite to expose custom APIs securely.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle EBS, Oracle Reports, Workflow Builder, and related Oracle development tools.
- Deep understanding of Oracle EBS data models, table structures, and relationships for HRMS and Financials modules.
- Strong debugging, traceability, and data flow analysis skills across Oracle EBS and integrated systems.
- Experience handling customer interactions, gathering requirements, identifying risks, and providing timely communication and status updates.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
