Punching new bookings in ERP.

Maintaining pre & post sales MIS.

Fund Flow management.

Co-ordinating with CRM for after sales documentation.

Maintaining updates and workplan on day-to-day basis and reminding the same to concerned person.

Pre-Allotment updates such as, name Transfer/Name Deletion/Name Addition/Cancellation/ Funds Transfer/Refund Processes.

Co-ordination and documentation work related Payouts and Dealer promotion marketing activities.

Co-ordination with concerned depts. for brand Promotion activities.

Handling walk-ins.

Handling IVR Calls.

Allotments Follow ups.

Handling Sales Queries.

Maintaining Walk-ins MIS and helping sales team to maintain the same.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
