**JOB OVERVIEW FOR TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER FOR BUILDING SEGMENT**

We are in search of a Technical Sales Engineer to be a part of our Sales team. You should be able to explain technical product specifications to the customers and advise them on purchasing.

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you should be able to conduct thorough market research and analyze competitor offerings. Moreover, you should be able to gather customer feedback. The job role will also require you to manage and grow sales territory. You should also be able to build and maintain long-term business relations with our customers.

**Age : 22 to 30**

**Responsibilities**
- Understanding technical product specifications and communicating the same to the customers
- Staying up-to-date with the company’s products and services
- Generating leads by conducting meeting in ongoing projects through cold calling
- Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers
- Maintaining and updating a record of all sales leads through CRM
- Understanding customer requirements and suggesting products accordingly
- Explaining and negotiating contract terms with customers
- Preparing detailed and accurate sales quotation
- Managing and growing sales territory
- Willing to travel across the state when needed

**Requirements**:

- MBA, Diploma Or Degree in engineering field (Mechanical / Enviourmental / Or Eq Field)
- Previous work experience in field of water treatment, waste water treatment & swimming pool systems is more preferable
- Excellent technical skills
- Proficient in MS Office Tools
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Should have laptop, mobile, Two Wheeler/Four Wheeler
