Position Title: Site Inspector - Way

Functional Unit / Department / Project: Sylhet Chhatak Rail Project (SCRP)

Job Location: Dhaka/Sylhet

Employment Type: FTE (Fixed Term Employment)
- Primary Purpose of the Position:_

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Railway team as a Site Inspector-Way for a Railway Construction Supervision Project. This position offers an excellent opportunity for development.
- Key Responsibilities:_- Assist the Track Engineer to review the track layout drawings prepared by the contractor.- Assist the Track Engineer to examine the shop drawings, work plan/schedule, quality assurance plan, safety plan and methodology of track works submitted by the contractor and if found ok suggest to Track Engineer to recommend it for approval and if any technical problem arises during construction, he will assist Track Engineer to find a solution to it.- Assist the Track Engineer to manage and superintend the works of the staff working under him, day-to-day field working and monitoring the track works done following work/plan schedule, quality assurance plan, safety plan and methodology approved by the “The Engineer”- Assist the Track Engineer to address the RFIs submitted by the contractor for track works.- To deal with any other works assigned by “The Engineer” as per provision of TOR

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Experience: Minimum 05 years of working experience in relevant field.
