**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To assist oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
- Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
- Implement preventative maintenance measures.
- Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens, tennis courts)
- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
- Implement preventative maintenance measures.
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
- Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards.
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
