1. To take a daily Hospital round.
2. To handle and resolve patient’s grievance.
3. To handle and resolve employee’s grievance.
4. To handle and resolve consultant’s grievance.
5. To send daily productivity report to CEO, GM and Senior Manager Operations.
6. To verify staff roster as per desired productivity.
7. To verify daily surveillance report.
8. To keep a track of summons issued and attended.
9. To make sure that norms w.r.t training and implementation of occupational hazards are met.
10. To review the observations of facility round w.r.t to operations.
11. To ensure proper cleanliness in hospital premises.
12. To verify employee overtime.
13. To verify the data of certificates issued to insurance companies as well as patients.
14. To keep a check on BMW management.
15. Additional jobs can be assigned as per business requirements.
16. To verify prescription implementation procedure.
17. To submit quality indicators to quality department after getting approval from Senior Manager Operations.
18. To report directly to the concerned Reporting Manager.
19. To ensure implementation of other tasks assigned by reporting manager.
20. To audit outsource party data.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
