**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**: QA Executive

**Qualification Required**: M.Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics / Quality Assurance) OR M.Sc. (relevant stream)
**Experience Required**: 2 to 4 years (preferred)

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Shift-based)

Males are preferred

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Age limit: Not more than 35 years**

**Role Description**:

- Responsible for implementing and monitoring **Quality Assurance systems** in manufacturing.
- Review and approval of **SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, and specifications**.
- Conduct **line clearance, in-process checks**, and ensure cGMP compliance on shop floor.
- Manage **deviations, OOS, CAPA, and change controls**.
- Support **internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections**.
- Ensure timely **documentation, reporting, and record maintenance**.
- Coordinate with **Production, QC, and R&D teams** for quality-related activities.
- Training of staff on **quality standards and compliance**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and quality standards.

- Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to specifications.

- Handle deviations, CAPA, OOS, and change controls.

- Support audits (internal and external) and regulatory inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Must be M.Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics/Quality Assurance
- 2 to 4 years of work experience for this role (preferred).
- Ability to work in shifts
- Honest, hardworking, and cooperative attitude.

**Reporting To**:
General Manager

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹160,178.40 - ₹835,605.65 per year
