**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited marketing experience to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations.
- Maintain marketing databases and track campaign performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹9,980.03 - ₹36,576.51 per month

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ramgarh, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
