**Key Responsibilities**

- **Relevant Experience**: At least **2 years** in dermatology, skincare, or hair treatment settings. Familiarity with cosmetic and therapeutic dermatology procedures preferred registerednursing.org+1nurse.org+1.
- **Technical Skills**: Competence in performing or assisting with skin and hair treatments, equipment sterilization, ethical disposal, and related lab testing procedures.
- **Communication & Empathy**: Strong patient counseling skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to educate diverse age groups.
- **Professionalism & Compliance**: Adherence to hygiene protocols, confidentiality (HIPAA-like standards), and ethical medical conduct.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**: Ability to liaise with dermatologists, therapists, and admin staff efficiently.
