Position: ERP Operator

Location: Raurkela, Odisha

Reports To: Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ERP Operator to manage and optimize our operations using MARG ERP software. The ERP Operator will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the ERP system, managing data entry, processing transactions, and providing technical support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

- ERP System Management:

- Operate and maintain MARG ERP system to support various business functions.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of the ERP system.
- Data Management:

- Perform accurate and timely data entry for various modules including inventory, sales, purchase, and finance.
- Validate and verify data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system.
- Process Optimization:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations and optimize the use of the ERP system.
- Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate and analyze reports from the ERP system to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in preparing regular performance and operational reports.
- Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to data handling and ERP operations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of ERP processes, configurations, and user guides.

Qualifications:

- Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operating MARG ERP software or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with business processes in inventory management, sales, procurement, and finance.
- Skills and Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in ERP systems or relevant software.
- Experience in conducting user training and support.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position.
- Office environment with occasional requirements for overtime or weekend work.
