**Detailing - Modeler**

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE FOLLOWED FOR EFFECTIVE PROGRESS
- Should be able to do Error Free model.
- Should know the Client Standards Clearly.
- Should be able to read all the contract drawings and standard drawings completely.
- Should also know to explain about contract drawings to the detailer when needed.
- Should be well versed with Lessons learnt in previous project and not to repeat same errors.
- Combine the similar quantities to reduce the Editing work
- Should be able to generate all necessary reports like Bolt List, Dwg List etc
- Generate the RFI's and Clarifications.
- Create drawings and assign the work to Detailer
- Create Error Free E-sheets.
- Prepare the List of Items & Verify Notes.
- Should be able to train the Detailer on Modelling.
- Responsible for the model revisions per scope changes.

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
