**Job Title: Junior UI Designer**

**Department: Design Team**

**Location: Kochi**

**Job Summary**:
As a Junior UI Designer at Abzer Technology solutions, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user interfaces of our digital products to create seamless and engaging user experiences. You will work closely with the product development team, other designers, and stakeholders to ensure the products meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and gather feedback for iteration.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure design concepts are feasible and aligned with project goals.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs and improve the user experience.
- Responsive Design: Ensure that UI designs are responsive, adaptable to various screen sizes and devices, and accessible to users with disabilities.
- Consistency: Maintain design consistency across different screens and features within a product to provide a coherent user experience.
- Visual Assets: Create and maintain design assets, including icons, graphics, and other visual elements used in the user interface.
- Design Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies and incorporate them into the design process when appropriate.
- Documentation: Prepare design documentation, style guides, and design specifications for development teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI Designer, preferably in an IT product company.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of usability and user-centered design principles.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI design work.
- Video editing and publishing

**Preferred Skills**:
Knowledge of Adobe After effects, Premier Pro and motion graphics skills.

Ready to join within 15 to 30 days

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
