**Job Title**: Building Security Guard

**Location**: Hyderabad, India

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Security Monitoring**: Monitor surveillance cameras, conduct regular patrols of the building, grounds, and parking areas to ensure safety.
- **Access Control**: Ensure all entry points to the building are secure and monitor visitor access. Maintain a logbook for all visitors, deliveries, and personnel.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to emergency situations, including fire alarms, accidents, or security breaches, and assist in the evacuation of personnel when necessary.
- **Incident Reporting**: Report any unusual incidents or suspicious activity to management and file detailed reports on any security-related events.
- **Locking and Unlocking**: Lock and unlock doors or gates as required, ensuring no unauthorized access during non-working hours.
- **Fire and Safety Equipment Checks**: Conduct regular checks on fire alarms, extinguishers, and other safety equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- **Maintain Order**: Ensure that all rules and regulations regarding the building’s security policies are followed by tenants, visitors, and staff.
- **Cooperation with Law Enforcement**: Cooperate with local law enforcement authorities in case of emergencies or investigations related to security breaches.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to stand or walk for long periods, perform regular patrols, and respond quickly in emergency situations.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with tenants, visitors, and staff.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to observe and report on unusual activity or potential threats with precision.
- **Basic Technical Skills**: Familiarity with security systems, alarm systems, and basic computer skills.
- **Licenses/Certifications**: Certification in first aid and firefighting is a plus.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good knowledge of the local area and surroundings in Hyderabad.
- Must have a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Security: 6 years (preferred)
