Designer / Draftsman

We specialize in bespoke joinery and prefabricated housing solutions, combining craftsmanship with intelligent design. We are looking for a **Designer / Draftsman** who is enthusiastic, passionate, and ready to grow with us.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Prepare **detailed shop drawings** for joinery, modular furniture, and prefabrication works.
- Work closely with the production & site team to translate concepts into technical drawings.
- Develop **3D models, layouts, and assembly drawings** for client approval.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers, carpenters, and project managers for smooth execution.
- Assist in innovative design solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in **Architecture / Civil / Interior Design / Mechanical (preferred)**.
- Proficiency in **SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software**.
- Strong understanding of **joinery detailing, materials, and prefabricated construction methods**.
- Ability to read & interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Freshers with passion and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
