Customer Interaction and Sales:

- **Assisting customers**: Helping customers identify and select the right parts for their vehicle, often using catalogs and inventory systems.

Inventory Management:

- **Maintaining stock**: Ensuring parts are properly stocked and organized.

Other Responsibilities:

- **Staying current with industry knowledge**: Keeping up-to-date on new products, vehicle models, and industry trends.
- **Providing product information**: Explaining features, benefits, and compatibility of parts.
- **Processing orders**: Entering orders accurately and efficiently, managing transactions.
- **Handling returns and exchanges**: Dealing with customer returns and issues related to parts.
- **Providing superior customer service**: Ensuring customer satisfaction through helpful and efficient service.
- **Ordering parts**: Placing orders for new parts as needed.
- **Inventory control**: Assisting with inventory management, restocking, and organizing displays.
- **Tracking inventory levels**: Keeping track of stock levels to ensure adequate availability.
- **Collaborating with team members**: Working with service technicians and other parts personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- **Maintaining a clean and organized workspace**: Keeping the sales area and stockroom tidy and organized.
- **Adhering to company policies**: Following established procedures for cash handling, credit processing, and security.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
