We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Food & Grocery Couriers/Delivery Drivers. As a Courier, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering food and grocery orders to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. This position offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive team.

**Responsibilities**:
Pick Up & Delivery: Transport food and grocery orders from local stores or restaurants to customers' homes or designated drop-off locations.

Timely & Safe Deliveries: Ensure that all deliveries are made promptly and in excellent condition while following traffic laws and safety protocols.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.

Order Accuracy: Confirm the accuracy of orders before leaving the store and address any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure your vehicle is clean and well-maintained, and report any issues to management promptly.

Problem Solving: Handle any customer concerns or delivery issues professionally and escalate when necessary.

Technology Use: Use the company's delivery app or system to track and manage deliveries, communicate with the customer, and receive real-time updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹16,643.16 - ₹33,085.01 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
