- **Customer Service**:Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to products.
- **Market Knowledge**:Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
- **Sales Reporting**:Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- **Training and Support**:Providing training and support to healthcare professionals on product usage and related topics.
- **Lead Generation**:Identifying and qualifying potential leads and opportunities for new sales.
- **Event Participation**:Attending and participating in sales conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
