- Handle inbound queries and provide detailed information about the agency’s offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure conversion and maintain client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.
- Provide feedback to the team for improving service quality and customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the e-commerce sector).
- Ability to handle objections and convince potential clients.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., is a plus.
- Proficiency in [language/s based on target market, e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
- Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
