Graphic Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop original and creative designs for a wide range of projects, including social media collaterals, eCommerce and website collaterals, packaging design, logo designs, and brochures & pamphlets.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and other departments to develop design concepts that reflect the company’s values and goals, ensuring alignment with clients' visions and project requirements.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently with strict adherence to deadlines, maintaining the highest quality of work.
- Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and achieve excellence.
- Ensure all designs are accurate, meet quality standards, and maintain accurate records of all design work.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with graphic design software and tools.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and overall design skills.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think critically and adapt designs to meet project objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative team player, capable of working closely with other departments and clients.

**Qualifications and Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.
