- **Relationship Building**: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- **Client Management**: Managing existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and resolving client issues.
**Experience**:
**Qualifications**:
Any graduate with certification of MBA, specifically in Export & Import field.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skill verbal as well as written.
- Effective knowledge of sales technique and strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical skills and ability to analyse sales data.
