Field Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams during on-site printing projects.
- Visit client locations to assess requirements, coordinate the installation or delivery of printed materials.
- Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of jobs.
- Communicate client expectations clearly to production and installation teams.
- Monitor progress of jobs and report status updates to the project/operations manager.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and client-specific guidelines on-site.
- Check the quality of printed materials before and after installation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of field activities, job status, and contractor hours.
- Assist in scheduling work, allocating manpower, and managing field logistics.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in printing technology, operations, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in the printing industry, with field supervision or coordination experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of printing materials, installation techniques, and site safety standards.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage field teams.

**Work Conditions**:

- Frequent travel to client sites and vendor locations.
- Exposure to outdoor work environments, especially during installations.
- Flexible working hours based on project timelines, including weekends if needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
