Greeting and welcoming guests professionally.
- Responsible for check-in and check-out of guests.
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.
- Respond to guest complaints and report to the concerned manager.
- Responsible for maintaining booking details and invoices properly and systematically.
- Inform the guest about the payment method and file the payment receipts.
- Filing of Form C and updating of Form B for all the international guests.
- Proper updating and maintenance of all Front Office registers.
- Coordinating with all other departments for smooth functioning.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
