**Job Description - Procurement Assistant**

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparation of Purchase Orders as per indent raised.
- Close coordination with suppliers post PO release.
- Follow up for dispatch schedule and dispatch documents such as docket, DC and invoice.
- Track the materials from dispatch to delivery on a regular basis and update the respective project managers / site engineers / clients / warehouse in-charge.
- Follow up for delivery receipts / acknowledgements from site engineers / clients / warehouse in charge.
- Follow up for test reports, warranty certificates etc from suppliers.
- Coordinate with project managers and warehouse in-charge for receipts and dispatches.
- Prepare Delivery Challan (DCs) for materials dispatched to sites from warehouses with inputs from project managers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in BA / B. Com / B. Sc. /B.E. etc.
- 1-3 years work experience in **Supply Chain Management / Warehouse / Procurement.**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada, facilitating seamless communication with diverse stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
