**JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE/SALES REPRESENTATIVE**

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS**
- Take calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, actions taken and process orders.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances and special requests to designated departments for further investigation
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Resolving customer issues brought to your attention.
- Performing quality assurance surveys with customers.
- Conveying customers’ feedback to the team.
- Possessing the knowledge and ability to improve customer service in the organization.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

₹120,000 - ₹180,000 LPA

**Supplemental** **Pay**:
Performance bonus
