We’re looking for a high-energy **Digital Marketing Intern** who lives and breathes the gaming/streaming culture. You’ll be at the frontlines of outreach — connecting with creators, building relationships, and helping manage our digital community.

This internship is perfect for someone who wants real-world startup experience, leadership opportunities, and the chance to grow with a company that's about to shake up the creator economy.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Streamer Outreach**: Identify, contact, and pitch Glitchover to gaming streamers across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Kick.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term connections with streamers and content creators.
- **Account Handling**: Serve as the point of contact for onboarded streamers, help with onboarding, support, and platform guidance.
- **Discord Management**: Keep our community alive and buzzing. Engage users, moderate channels, and drive creative campaigns.
- **Team Leadership**: Guide and oversee a small outreach team of fellow interns and freshers. Help them stay motivated and on track.
- **Campaign Support**: Work with the marketing team to execute launch campaigns, collabs, and community events.
- Deep understanding of the **gaming and streaming ecosystem** - Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Discord, etc.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills - you're confident talking to creators and closing the loop.
- Leadership mindset - experience managing teams or projects (even small ones) is a plus.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
- Bonus points if you're a streamer, gamer, or community mod yourself
