**Position
- Dispatch Officer**

**Graduation/PG, Diploma**

**Experience
- 4-8 yrs.**

**SAP knowledge**

**Packing of finished goods**
- Collecting QC-OK finished goods
- Material packaging as per customer specification
- Stacking of packed materials/boxes
- Seggrigation & packing as per customer order

**Transport planning & dispatches**
- Arranging transportation as per delivery schedule
- Manpower planning, allocation & utlisation

**Invoicing**
- Generating invoice as per statutory requirement
- Fulfill documents requirement with consignment to transporter

**Reconciliation of dispatch & delivery**
- Follow up with transporter for timely dispatch of materials to Customer
- Order/delivery acknowledgement from customer
- Reconciliation, in case of short material delivery
- Insurance claim, if required

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of packaging, transportation industry
- Knowledge of various statutory taxes, as applicable to logistics
- Knowledge of SAP PP & MM module, parts nomenclature

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
