Eyelash Technician

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Eyelash Services**:

- Perform professional eyelash extensions, lifts, and tinting services, ensuring precision and quality.
- Customize treatments based on client preferences, face structure, and eye shape.
- **Technology Use**:

- Utilize AI tools on an iPad for lash mapping, consultations, and recommending suitable lash styles for clients.
- Keep up-to-date with AI features and tools to improve service offerings.
- **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
- Educate clients about aftercare and maintenance for eyelash extensions and treatments.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:

- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Use disposable tools and follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure client safety.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Recommend lash care products and promote retail sales to enhance client results.
- Stay updated on new products and trends in the eyelash industry.
- **Professionalism**:

- Ensure a polished, well-groomed appearance that reflects the luxury brand of _The Face Co._
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring repeat visits and referrals.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to create a seamless and luxurious client experience.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Technician, with expertise in extensions, lifts, and tints.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of lash care products and retail sales experience is a plus.
- Certification in eyelash extensions or cosmetology is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment while maintaining professionalism.

Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
