Assembly Technician

**Job Title**: Assembly Technician - Fixtures

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble **fixtures** as per engineering drawings and mechanical layout.
- Study and interpret technical **2D/3D drawings**, including **GD & T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)**.
- Conduct **fixture proving** as per the test chart provided.
- Work with various **mechanical components**, ensuring accurate assembly and alignment.
- Perform quality checks and validations post-assembly.
- Collaborate with design and production teams for continuous improvements.
- Maintain documentation of assembly and testing reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **1 to 3 years** of hands-on experience in **fixture assembly**.
- Strong knowledge of **mechanical components** and automation jigs/fixtures.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding **engineering drawings** and **GD & T**.
- Experience in **fixture proving** and interpreting test charts.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues during assembly.

**Nice to Have**:

- BE, Diploma in Mechanical or Tool Engineering.
- Experience in a tooling or automation company is a plus.
- Basic understanding of CNC/PLC integration is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
