We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our target audience, and drive brand awareness and sales for our D2C E-commerce platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Curation**:

- Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and copy that align with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Curate user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to boost brand reach.

**Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.

**Community Management**:

- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer interactions on all social media platforms.
- Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

**Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and report on social media metrics, including engagement, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize social media performance.

**Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement innovative ideas and strategies to keep the brand ahead of the competition.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 3 years (preferred)
