**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop creative design concepts that meet needs and project specifications.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to create and present design concepts.
- Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure designs are completed on time and within budget.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Provide input and feedback during the design process to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all design work.

**Requirements**:

- B.Arch. minimum
- Proven experience as a Design Architect or similar role in a design firm or architecture studio.
- Exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in design.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
