Responsible for monitoring all Fund Finance facilities across SF and uploading relevant data into iLEVEL software. SF are currently responsible for the structuring and monitoring of c.125 subscription finance facilities globally. This role will be tasked with reviewing the periodically (usually every month) received borrowing base reports from each facility and inputting relevant data into the iLEVEL software system on a timely basis. Regular reports will be run to provide MI to SF and the Risk colleagues on the composition of the overall portfolio.

**Principal Accountabilities**:
**Key activities and decision making areas**
- Working with SF team to actively monitor the Fund Finance portfolio including both Borrower and underlying information on Limited Partners.
- Good understanding of the mechanics of a Subscription Finance facility.
- Attention to detail - a high degree of accuracy in data input is required.
- Ability to recognise key investors in the Fund Financing market in order to calculate concentrations across multiple facilities
- Liasing with SF team members to discuss queries on transactions and monitoring of pipeline activity.
- Liaison with similar function within Innovation Bank to discuss any data queries and bets practice.
- Maintain HSBC Internal Control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
- Undertake all required activities as directed by your line manager or as agreed in annual objectives in support of the development of the business.

- Feedback from SF Management on the value added in terms of accuracy and timeliness of data received.
- Development and maintenance of quality relationships across SF team and Innovation Bank PM team
- Quality of feedback from other teams regarding collaboration effort
- Demonstration of knowledge of Subscription Financing book
- Familiarity and adherence to relevant Desk Instruction Manual at all times
- Management of ad-hoc project related tasks on a timely and accurate basis.
- Ability to build and maintain strong networks across all SF internal and external stakeholders.

**Customers / Stakeholders**
- Senior Team Members - in relation to demonstration of value add on the origination process and firm grasp of structuring and origination process for all transactions being led.
- SF Team - provide support and information to SF teams for onwards transmission to Risk.
- Internal Support Functions - to build strong relationships with all SF support functions and to communicate in an open and transparent manner to manage the risk within the business.
- External Stakeholders - software providers in relation to iLEVEL***
