**Back-End Purchase Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are building a High-Performance Team here at ROBU.IN & have a vacancy for a **Back-End Purchase Executive** to join our team. Please note this is an **Entry-Level** position, suitable for **ITI/Diploma/ Undergraduates/Graduates** of any **Discipline**or someone having **0 to 1 years of Back-End purchase, Purchase Support**or any **Back-End**profile experience with **Basic Computer/MS-Excel Knowledge**.

We are looking for a qualified **Back-End Purchase Executive** to join our team. You will provide support to the **Purchase Team** members and respond to other departments/prospect queries. You will undertake administrative tasks & activities pertaining to the **Purchase Department**. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute in creating and maintaining good relationships, ensuring smooth operations of the **Purchase Department**.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Preparing required essential documents for the **Purchase Department** like **Purchase Order (PO) Invoice**, **Packing-list**, **Shipping documents** for Import-Export.
- Updating and maintaining internal databases with order details (Dates, Vendors, Quantities, Discounts) along with records of invoices and contracts.
- Follow up with **Suppliers/Vendors** as and when needed, to change orders or to pick-up the orders.
- Follow up with the **Accounts** team for timely payment to **Suppliers/Vendors**.
- Providing the desired data as and when needed by **Purchase Engineer**, making the **P2P Cycle** more effective and efficient.

**Desirable Skills**:
Good Presentation, Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills, Basic Computer/MS Office knowledge.

**Educational Qualification**:
ITI /Graduates / Diploma holders of any discipline with Basic Computers and Electrical Technical Knowledge.

**Gender**:Male / Female

**Number of Positions**: 02 required.

**Experience**: 0 to 1 years of Back-end purchase Support or any Back-end profile experience.

**Salary**:CTC-** Rs.2,07,560/- to Rs.2,68,616/- per annum; **In-hand**: Rs.13,000/- to Rs.17,000/- per month + PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefits.

**Job Type**: Full-time.

**Job Location**: Dighi, Pune.
