**Job Description for Interior Designer Project Manager.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Should follow office instructions for the project.
- Responsible for all aspects of planning & execution of interior projects.
- Highly efficient in managing labors, vendors and materials.
- Involves negotiation with contractors/subcontractors in procuring materials.
- Must pay attention to every minute details of the project.
- Effective planning is necessary to deliver project at given timeframe.
- Must closely monitor progress for all aspects of the project
- Need to communicate regularly with the client to provide regular status updates
- Should handle any questions or changes from the client/design team.
- Periodic update of dashboard and follow up on project status
- Should have good eye on detailing.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should possess strong time management and leadership skills.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of and proficiency with coordination of consolidated interiors projects including furniture, services and architectural products
- Knowledge of Steelcase products a plus
- Must possess a strong customer service focus and commitment
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team player
- Must be able to lead a project team and gain compliance with project direction and outcome
- Must be familiar with construction drawings, terminology and practices
- Must be able to give direction and gain compliance from furniture installers, movers and other trades

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
