**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SEO Executive with a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page optimization techniques to join our digital marketing team in Zirakpur. The SEO Executive will be responsible for implementing strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance online visibility. This role requires a solid grasp of SEO principles, analytical skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- **On-Page Optimization**:

- Conducting thorough website audits to identify on-page SEO issues and opportunities.
- Performing keyword research and implementing relevant keywords strategically across website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs.
- Optimizing website content for search engines, ensuring it is informative, engaging, and aligned with target keywords.
- Improving website structure, internal linking, and navigation for better crawlability and user experience.
- Optimizing website speed and mobile-friendliness to improve search engine rankings.
- Implementing schema markup to enhance search engine results.
- Analyzing website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify areas for improvement.
- **Off-Page Optimization**:

- Building high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites through ethical and effective strategies.
- Managing and optimizing business listings on relevant online directories and platforms.
- Engaging in relevant online communities and forums to build brand awareness and drive referral traffic.
- Monitoring and managing online reputation, including reviews and mentions.
- Staying updated on the latest link-building techniques and industry best practices.
- Analyzing competitor backlink profiles to identify potential opportunities.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Tracking and analyzing key SEO metrics (rankings, organic traffic, conversions) using various tools.
- Generating regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identifying trends and opportunities to improve SEO performance.
- **Collaboration**:

- Working closely with content creators, web developers, and other marketing team members to implement SEO strategies effectively.
- Communicating SEO best practices and guidelines to the wider team.
- **Staying Updated**:

- Keeping abreast of the latest search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, tools, and best practices.
- Continuously learning and experimenting with new SEO techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
