**What are you going to do?**:
- Structuring and implementing the brand’s social media strategies.
- Manage social media marketing and digital advertising campaigns along with other team members.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube etc.) along with other team members.
- Developing brand awareness by generating relatable content around topical events and SM trends.
- Encourage product adoption via social media posts.
- Manage and Grow all social media accounts - Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp etc.
- Optimise existing social channels and explore future platforms to invest in.
- Your primary focus will be promoting marketing campaigns, growing subscribers and brand awareness to support strategic brand goals.
- Pull & interpret data from social listening tools including volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, influencers, etc and convert them into content pieces from blogs, reels, videos, stories, posts, and listicles (Think beyond).
**You need to have**:
- At Least 6 months of social media management experience.
- Proven work experience/internship as a Social media executive.
- You write clear, easy-to-read and more engaging content than similar content.
- Have a sound understanding of social media, meme culture, and entertainment industry trends.
- You are able to communicate complex topics in ways that are relatable and understandable for readers.
- Ability to work independently, organise, set priorities and complete work within given deadlines.
- You have proven experience delivering value-based communications.
- You have empathy for readers and curiosity to understand their needs and wants.
