**Assistant Manager / Mgr Production Zinc Plating for Fastener Company**

**Location **Ludhiana

**Salary **5 to 6 lcs per annum

**A person should be the only fastener company**

Process monitoring & modification in Zinc Plating process.

Assisting in monitoring the quality of manufactured products & raw materials through analysis of raw materials & products.

In line quality checks to ensure products conform to the product specifications.

Product & process development.

Consumption and waste control.

 Production planning Chemical planning and purchase activities.

 Manpower management

 Coordination with maintenance team to reduce breakdown.

 Maintain customer audit & certification audit requirements.

 Maintain documentation as per ISO requirement.

 Maintain the Quality management system, 5’s and other requirements.

 Handle all surface treatment process (Zinc plating, phosphateting, hot dip galvanizing & SS polishing process) as a team leader.
