**Job Summary**:
We are seeking proactive and client-focused **Customer Service Executives** with **NISM Series A or B certification** to manage and support the service needs of our financial services clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries related to demat, trading, mutual funds, and other investment services.
- Handle client onboarding, account-related queries, documentation verification, and process adherence.
- Provide accurate product and service information in line with regulatory compliance and internal policies.
- Troubleshoot client issues and escalate to relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with market developments, regulatory updates, and internal product changes.
- Assist in generating service reports and feedback for continuous process improvement.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Mandatory**:NISM Series A (Mutual Fund Distributor) or Series B (Equity Derivatives) certification.**:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services, broking, or mutual fund industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in a SEBI-registered intermediary or broking firm.
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, and regulatory norms.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
