**Job Description**:
- We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
Provides short
- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Monitor growth - organic & paid, and user engagement as well as suggest content optimization
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
Maintains a research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
Work closely with the content and creative team to ensure regular posting of engaging content for all social media platforms.
Skills Required:
Knowledge and experience in handling all social media platforms
Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SMM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
Solid knowledge of website, advertisement, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, FB Ad Manager, Linkedin Ads, etc.)
Up to date with the latest features and trends in order to adapt them for our social media accounts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
