Scaffolding Supervisor

Lead Scaffolding Assurance Program across Project site
- Supervise all the scaffold erections, dismantling and modification jobs at site
- Educating BP Scaffolding team on AIL Scaffolding guidelines through trainings
- Inspection and certification of scaffolding materials of BP at site
- Guide BP team for erection of scaffold and correction and modification of scaffolding wherever required
- Inspection and recommend for certification first time and later on weekly in compliance with guidelines
- Maintaining all records of scaffold erected across zone-4.
- Observe unsafe acts ,Unsafe conditions & near miss cases related to scaffolding & discuss with site team & implement CAPA.
- Create safety awareness on scaffold by promoting safety meetings like on site job training and tool box talks.
- Implementing AIL safety scaffolding guidelines and safe work method at work place.
- Maintain good housekeeping across site and PPE compliance during erection and dismantling.
- Condcuting Scaffolding Audit with respective stakeholders and Ensuring compliances for the same in every QuaterEnsuring
- Ensuring Scffolding Register, Tag System for each scaffold is being maintained regularly

Qualification & Experience:
Experience : 3-5 Years Minimum
Qualification Experience and expertise in Scaffolding related work
Mandatory Scaffolding certification from recognized third party institute Certifications/Trainings Scaffolding Certificate from recognized third party

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
